Nope!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! They lie through their sale tactics, I made it very clear how much money I could spend! I even asked many questions making sure if I was paying per lense or as a pair and what came with the lenses and what extras had to be paid to add and etc! Eye exam was suppose to be free, turns out it wasn’t!! Went there for kids and me, what was suppose to be under $700 turned into $1200 instead. I wasn’t aware of it til after, when they emailed receipts!! So I called immediately after I seen it (about 45 mins after we left) to cancel my orders, and I was informed I couldn’t, that they already processed the orders and they was being made, that I would have to wait for them to come in and then return them! (Up to 14 business days, so plenty time for them to cancel order) 10 days later I get text that they was in, I got in and return them and I couldn’t even return them!!! So definitely got screwed, glasses ended up more then they was marked as in store!! What’s really sad is Before I swiped my card, I made sure she repeated to me the total, with the witness of my kids because apparently I was embarrassing for asking the total multiple times!!! I just can’t believe that as blunt as I was about everything they still managed to do me dirty, nice lady’s in there with what I thought was great customer service, just to turn around and really get screwed!!! Read reviews before making appointments, turns out I ain’t the only one they’ve gotten!!!!

Stopped by to get my dad some new glasses and left with options for myself and my mom as well. Stephanie was such a joy to work with. Seriously, kudos to her. She is so professional, genuinely seeks the best outcome for the patient and is very kind. Would love to get her type of customer service everywhere. She was a pleasure to work with and deserves to be recognized!! :)

I like this place I’m glad I gave it a shot I’m used to going far so when I was told about this one gave it a shot,since my glasses broke a couple of days ago I called to make an appointment and it was quick and easy not a hassle.I pulled up to my appointment,they told me everything I needed to pay for then and there,so nothing came out of left field.At then end I ended up paying like 130 and bought em,then the lady offered the contacts to me,they weren’t much but I still declined since I don’t like contacts and left with my new glasses.

Decided to come here after having gone to another location a few years ago. I was reminded on why I would not return.
1) For those that come here, be aware that the “doctor” is via a camera and not a real live in front of you doctor. I knew this coming in. Other customers, not so much if it’s their first time. I arrived, checked in, told I had to pay first, did a pre-exam, THEN told they were hybrid without an eye doctor on site. The patient after me was the same process. I think the “hybrid” piece should be mentioned in the appointment booking and right at check in.
2) I noticed sanitation issues. Typically with any sanitation used, there’s what’s called a dwelling time. Tech immediately wipes off so the sanitizer has no chance to actually “work” everytime she sanitizes something.
3) When I did my exam, we had to stop 3x because the lenses kept fogging up to the point where I couldn’t read anything. Tech said likely the humidity in the room. Maybe that’s why there 3 stained ceiling tiles in the exam room? Probably should look into replacing those.
4) After exam, I felt pressured to buy glasses from them but reiterated I didn’t want to. Definitely not after hearing another customer complaining how they screwed up her husband’s and her glasses but did nothing about them when I was waiting.
5) My exam was completed by an obvious woman on the camera but the RX was “signed” by a man named David. Not sure how that’s legal….
6) The tech was not dressed appropriately for an office setting— flip flops, top that was showing her stomach and no name tag.
7) While waiting for my RX, I was informed to sign the credit card receipt to which I noticed a service charge of 3% on there. My particular charge wasn’t much due to insurance copay but I can’t imagine if it was someone paying for glasses with a card. Feel like this should have been informed when payment was originally made.
Now I’m just worried if my glasses RX was accurate due to needing to stop multiple times for lenses fogging up. Do yourself a favor, and get a real human exam….
