The front desk lady, Claudia, greeted me with kindness and made the check-in process smooth. My nurse, Nurse Kat, took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Portillo was very professional, attentive, and made everything easy to understand. Everything was good from start to finish, and I truly appreciate the care I received. Highly recommend this ER for anyone needing help.

The facility was really clean and had a welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease. The receptionist, Claudia, was very kind and helpful. She was especially patient with me, as I was feeling horrible, super overwhelmed and stressed throughout the past few days. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was seen, the wait time was minimal compared to other ERs where I’ve waited for hours with no help. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone needing urgent care!

The front desk girl Claudia was super sweet and welcoming. She was also very patient with me as I was exhausted from being up the night before plus the whole day that we went in. Our visit was not too long and the wait time to be seen was not long either. Most ER’s you end up waiting for hours.
- KTKendall TownsyNov 4, 20255.05 stars does not do this establishment justice! This morning I truly feared for my wife's life. She was recently diagnosed Ozempic overdose. She was unable to consume anything for 6 days. It broke my heart everday seeing my wife in that condition. I took her to both the creekside urgent care and Resolute Baptist Hospital where they prescribed her nausea medication and sent her home in the same condition she was in when we went their. Today 11/3 , I woke up to see my wife having trouble breathing, barely able to walk, with almost a shadow of death over her face. I took her to the Lonestar 24 ER. The most incredible staff I have ever seen! For almost 11 hrs Nurse Kim kept fluids in my wife's body, drawn blood to perfection better than anybody I've ever seen, made sure my wife had enough blankets, she went above and beyond to make my wife was comfortable and DID NOT stop until my wife's health was leveled out. Nurse Kim is the the greatest nurse in the history of EVER!, FANTASTIC! OUTSTANDING!, Heaven sent! Saved my wife's life. This staff all around was very knowledgeable and professional led by Dr Romanko. I highly recommend this place. I am forEVER grateful for the care they've given my wife. Thank you.
