My husbands bloodwork showed that certain levels were high, which than meant he was not a candidate for testosterone injections, but they didn’t tell him that until AFTER 6 wks of injections + another month of autodraft payment was taken. So now we have a new vial that isn’t even useable. The worst part is, they had his blood work for 3wks+ but they didn’t even read them until the day of the appt. (3 days after our auto payment was drafted.) They need a better system in place. They could have stopped his next monthly order. So to us, definitely a money scam. That’s all they care about. Coming from a medical professional as well, I will be reporting the DR’s license to the medical board for lack of care of proper care for sure.
