Specifically this location, and lady couldn’t be more rude! And loud, to just say all my info so everything can be heard, and REFUSED to serve me. made sure to say that loud enough so everyone can hear as if she just won some battle. I let my healthcare know so no one else in my position makes the mistake of coming here. If you can’t help me, you could at least be nice about it! Or even slightly professional is sooo much to ask for around here. (Tall white lady with a pissed of look on her face) Edit: wish I would’ve read these reviews first before taking my doctors advice. Anyone on here who gave more than 1 star is a BOT. And all the REAL reviews seem to have the same experience as me. So trust! Don’t go here!!

The medical assistants messed up my bloodwork so I had to get it done again. Staff needs to be trained to do their job in a timely manner and to be more professional. Medical assistants need to be trained how to properly handle specimens to avoid redraws as this is such an inconvenience.
