- RHRobyn HuffOct 30, 20255.0I was concerned about coming because of the ratings however i could not have had a better experience! Everyone I spoke to was professional, polite and friendly. We were able to get estimates of the costs before coming but it was even cheaper than they quoted because my kids are on Medicaid and I qualified for a grant. I would highly recommend Planned Parenthood!

Millie, Gircel*, and Veronica made my experience extremely comfortable, non judgmental, and informed for my HRT. Definitely will be recommending them to my community ❤️
- ECEmma CAug 26, 20251.0Not only is the office unprofessional by having you perform your own vaginal swab over the public toilet, they don’t listen and don’t provide the listed services. The lady I talked to who said “I’m just getting you ready to talk to the nurse” ignored me when I said 5+ times I was not there for contraceptives and did not want them. I am sick and need help. Listed just a couple of issues and was questioned like my symptoms couldn’t be real. When the NP came in, she interrupted and when I said fine, AS A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL can you please tell me what I should do or who to be seen by since they were no longer going to even perform my wellness check, her response was “let me get the manager”. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of services here. 2 hours of my work day to leave crying and still in pain. I would not recommend this facility or staff to ANYONE, and the lack of ability to perform their job duties or help people who book there is disgusting.
