  I wouldnt recommend the doctor, Pt was awesome, and they were very kind and listened to my concerns and even said that it would be helpful if I kept going, Dr on the other hand... the first doc was very nice and actually checked me over and gave me a prescription and x-rays when I went on Tuesday, when I went today I spent more time waiting than the doc did talking to me, I tried to bring up my hand was still swollen and hurts and I was putting my hands up for comparison, and the doc didnt even look at them, just asked me to shake his hand, said I was fine and to put ice on it, when I told him that applying cold hurts, even with the ice pack wrapped, he just said it was "odd", and when I said heat helps he just said to do ice after heat and it would "go away", but the pain is more sharp when I press on the bottom of my hand/thumb, and then he released me back to full duty and walked out, and i didnt even get to ask about my X-rays. I left, and wasnt going to complain at first because ive never had anything like this happen, so i was a little bewildered, but decided to let them know that I wanted it notated that I tried to tell the doc, but he seemed to be in a rush to get through patients, and I was told to please wait when they finally picked up, then I was waiting for almost 15 minutes and then got hung up on, and no one talked to me, so I called customer service instead to file a complaint there. Mind you, I was in a multi-vehicle accident, and my hand had taken part of the brunt of it because it was on the STEERING WHEEL and I was going 3mph in traffic and the guy who hit me was going around 35 or 40, hard enough that the front of his vehicle ended UNDER mine, so it had force behind it.

  Great customer service everyone there in the front desk were very helpful and as well the nurses in the back and the doctor prescribed the best medicine he could for my health so recommend this place for everyone they will help you within a minute thanks to concentra urgent care I'm feeling way much better from my accident .

  Fui con un mareo q me diò y me sentaron en un cuarto casi dos horas sin atenderme,después vino la asistente y me dijo q podían atenderme si pagaba 150, a la hora entro el medico y me dijo q tomara bastante agua y que fuera para un hospital, al momento llame a mi seguro y tuvieron que devolverme el dinero

  Went to get my pre employment screen and office staff didn’t perform the full screening. They were supposed to give me a physical and did not perform this test. I was told I was done with everything when I left the facility.

  Never never go here for your DOT physical! They don’t even know how to do blood pressure properly! My husband went here and they took his blood pressure with his arm down at his side with a cuff that was too small for his arm. The first reading was over 200 and the second reading was 168. Needless to say this was failing For his DOT physical. He went to his doctor the next morning explained what happened and they said that that was an improper way to take someone’s blood pressure. They took his blood pressure and it was 132. This is what these people are supposed to be doing for a living And they can’t even master taking blood pressure correctly! They not only had me freaked out as his wife worried about his health, but they were messing with his paycheck by not being able to pass this physical!
