They were polite, had great customer service, and was apologetic when customers were not patient with waiting. They handled theirselves with professionalism. Hatem and Hamzeh that’s the two guys names. Keep up the good work. They knew the deals with glasses/contacts and have you choices to help you choose.

Not very good experience, one guy standing around and the other guy rushing tryna answer the phones, help someone check out. Update: its been weeks now for my lens to come in, they told my boyfriend yesterday (friday) that they need to be sent out and would be back yesterday night or Saturday, now being told it was sent out today and wont be there until monday, so i probably wont get them until MAYBE tuesday. Why not just send me to plano with my glasses today instead of shipping them and waiting way longer.

My sister also has been waiting for her glasses for weeks… no solution besides more waiting? No compensation? After spending 600$ with frames i bought in. Just waiting and excuses! We waited for hours, honestly wouldnt recommend spending your money here. Been waiting since dec 27th to get her glasses.
