- BKBecky KonNov 14, 20251.0Service was great, and I have no complaints about how they treat customers. I went in because my eyes have been hurting badly, and I thought my prescription must have changed. It didn’t, which is fine. I’ve just never been to a quick-service place before, so this was new for me. I didn’t add anything to my order and got the purple tag so I get that they were around 150ish. My total with FRAMES and LENSES, NOTHING ADDED- $300. I then added anti-scratch, and the total jumped to $400. So I ended up paying $400 for one pair of inexpensive frames with anti-scratch lenses. it would’ve been cheaper to get the prescription and buy glasses elsewhere, but I had already spent my time there and I’m assuming they work off commission, or get commission so I went ahead and purchased them. I’ve worn glasses since I was about five, and the only time I’ve ever paid $400 was for higher quality, sturdy frames with multiple extras… not something this flimsy. I wouldn’t recommend America’s Best TO ANYONE because of the glasses. If the frames were better quality maybe, but because the frames are flimsy and just for lenses and frames is 300. Id pass. But the staff was wonderful and I understand they do not set the prices

I was having to leave the state without being able to see due to an emergency and a hiccup with my prior eye Dr office. He helped me right away and I was in and out in under 30 minutes with new glasses. I will be a return customer.

Nick was so amazing he worked with us and was kind through the entire process. I have never had such amazing customer service , he stayed until after close hours helping us. Not only will we be going back but we will also recommending our family and friends to this specific location just so they can experience Nick ! Dasia was very patient with me and was very polite and helpful in helping me choose my frames! Also the other gentleman there named Nick even came off of his lunch to help Dasia when another customer came in! Those two are great and I hope they know that!
