It might seem hard to believe, but everyone is given the ability to health themselves; sometimes we just loose sight of that ability.
One of the most important aspects of what we do on a daily basis is educating the patients we see. We educate them on their body, the importance of ergonomics, stretching, exercising, nutritional support, and many more important aspects of their life that improve their health.

My husband got injured and gets treated in Plano and has to go to McKinney for a treatment and they want to be greedy and charge for a service that they are already getting paid for by the insurance . How unfair is it that you want to charge 20$ every visit for a specific machine when already being covered by insurance ? The excuse is that they are the only ones that have this machine but how is that the patients fault . If we are going to your clinic for injury and my insurance has unlimited visits and services but you want to charge 20$ because of the demand and because McKinney is the only one with this machine . Please make it make sense . If McKinney is hectic then another machine should be out in another facility . My insurance is not cheap to begin with and they charge my insurance pretty high just for some stretches and adjustments. I love Spencer in Plano but this is ridiculous and I will be looking for another facility to receive these services that are fully covered by my insurance .
