One exam room working at a time, no respect for anyone in this location, no respect for anyone else’s time and when you ask a question, the staff ignores you. If this wasn’t an emergency appointment I would never return. PLEASE Don’t waste your time, there are plenty of other options with respectful and timely staff. This is a JOKE.

Showed up 15 minutes before to get any additional paperwork filled. 15 after our scheduled appointment , I was told they couldn't verify coverage and I had to call it in myself. The rep I spoke to gave me the member ID and stated that's all they needed. Relayed the message, mind you this isn't what I do for a living. I am the middle man, but regardless it apparently wasn't enough. Didn't want to push it, it seemed no one there was in the best of moods so I just made my way over to the eye doctor next door who took in walk ins and had no trouble verifying coverage.
