- JTJaca TaylorDec 29, 20255.0I did my eye exam and bought my glasses at the Stanton Optical in Lubbock and then moved to Abilene shortly after. I broke one pair of my glasses and took them to the Abilene location to see if they could help me replace the missing screw and nose piece. I was told that because I had bought them at the Lubbock location that the Abilene location could do nothing to help me. I found that odd and asked again to make sure. Again, I was told the same thing. Two months later now, I am in Lubbock for Christmas and brought my glasses back to this location. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I explained the situation and a lady named Carrie immediately apologized for the lack of help at the Abilene location. She looked at my glasses and all they needed was a screw and nose piece like I thought. She fixed my glasses in a very short amount of time and again apologized for the inconvenience in Abilene. I definitely recommend the Stanton Optical in Lubbock!
