I have been to this location 3 times. The last time they didn't get my glasses right to see clearly. It took 4 days to get my refund money back on my credit card. To me that sucks. When you buy something your money is gone right away. 4 days sucks. I would not tell people to use this place for glasses.

I had some family members come here and they had good things to say. My experience was not positive. The tech was friendly, the doctor was virtual but equally as nice. However the woman up front helping you (Brigitta?) pick out glasses was not. As soon as I said I was self pay she was uninterested in helping me. I told her I was struggling with the cheaper options and was inquiring about other options. She was still reluctant and put off. She was not helpful at all. She quite literally laughed when I told her I was struggling. I asked repeatedly what options I had, even inquired about online frames which she did not suggest. I will not be returning here. I always go to Eyemart express by Hobby Lobby and will continue to do so.

New to the area so I am unfamiliar with the local places. I heard Longview was a good place to go and they were open on a Saturday. We were in town anyway so I thought it would be a win win. I showed up early for my appointment and didn't get seen until an hour later. It was packed and they were way under staffed and over booked. There was no where to park and it was a tight area. Especially if you have a big vehicle. The layout was awkward. I walked in to be greeted by the people getting their glasses. The eye exams were all the way in the back. There was only one person running the check in desk and the machines. As well as checking them rooms where the virtual appointments were taking place. I was not aware that this place was a hybrid. It was awkward but ok. I felt bad that the lady was running between the different stations. While trying to stay on top of everything else and being sick. She could barely talk and had no voice. She seemed very friendly and sweet. Hopefully no one gets sick after their appointments today. That seems very unhygienic and it didn't seem very clean. There was a lauder of dust and lashes on the machines. Hopefully they get cleaned and disinfected better and not just the place where put your chin and forehead. Not sure I'll be back. Hopefully they got my perception correct.

Highly Recommend! I made an appointment and was immediately given my eye exam! I didn’t catch the lady’s name who did it but she was a sweet heart! Also shout out to Leah for helping me with getting my two pairs of glasses. I got two pairs of glasses with the lenses for a total of $230 and saved of $350 in the process! Also, my glasses were ready in 45 minutes! Great experience here!

I am absolutely begging anybody who reads this to never go to or spend money at this eyeglass store. The advertising is intentionally misleading to get people through the door and the employees are gross scam artists. They prey on people who they believe can be easily manipulated. They up charged my wife an additional $40 for an extra service then proceeded to tell her because they up charged her for an additional service she could no longer receive the original promotion she went for. They then had the nerve to try and sell her prescription glasses for nearly $950. We ended up doing some quick research and finding my wife could buy the absolute most expensive lenses, with every possible feature on EyeBuyDirect.com for less than $300 and basic glasses with her correct prescription for only $50. Please do some research prior to getting prescription glasses and do not get scammed by the horrible employees at Stanton in Longview. I never leave reviews but this experience was disgusting and disgraceful. If I had not spoke with my wife before she paid they would have full blown taken advantage of her for nearly 1k dollars just because she is a kind hearted woman who doesn’t know how to stand up for herself. Absolutely DISGUSTING from STANTON IN LONGVIEW.
