Your company did not order it, nor is your company aware of this. This Concentra without letting you know or notifying your company will try to get your fired from your job by performing their own breathalyzer test. They want you to fail, the staff member who ordered this test on their own apparently hates CDL driver, what other reason would concentra without authorization perform a breathalyzer test on you. So if you drive over the road or hold a CDL becareful stepping into this particular conentra who will scam you to take a test your company did not request. My company called them and told them they are not paying for this breathalyzer test since they did not request one. CDL holders, when you get your DOT drug screen or physical do not come here, who knows what else they will add to purposely get you to lose your job. BEWARE. Think about it. You drive for a living, this is how you make your money to feed your families, and you come into this concentra for a DOT drug screen ONLY and yet this concentra decided to perform a breathalyzer on you. Be very careful.
