- AAAlison2 days ago1.0Received a message and email saying my glasses were ready, when I went to pick up was told by the assistant manager that my glasses were no where to be found and she refused to contact her boss for help and didn't apologize for the inconvenience and the message/email about having my glasses ready for pick up. I already spent a lot of money on glasses and had no issues up until now, I don't understand how something like this is allowed to happen given how much I spent on the pair I have been waiting to pick up.

I’m a young college student and I kept communicating that, but she continued to pressure me since she would give me her “manager discount” It was a really poor and embarrassing encounter & I will never step back into that office nor will I ever recommend anyone to go.
