She checked me in right away and even though I told her I’ve been wearing glasses my whole life, I appreciate the fact that she still told me exactly what was going to happen during my exam. She was patient with me and allowed me to browse different frames as long as I needed without feeling pressured to hurry up and choose. I also, changed my mind a couple of times on which frames I wanted to go with, she did not make me feel as if I was rushed, or as if it were an inconvenience. I was able to receive my new glasses within the hour. The whole process was very smooth, i would recommend this location and Brandi 1,000 times. Thanks for a great experience!

For the first time, I visited Stanton Optical early that morning and I am very pleased of their service. Ms Alexis did a phenomenal job helping me go through the process of getting the right glasses for my daughter despite her non-presence (she’s in school). I told her my situation and she quickly did everything to accommodate my needs. The service was also quick and efficient. Although, glasses, lenses total was quite pricey for us, it has to be done and for an emergency situation, it is our best option. Thank you Alexis and Stanton Optical for such good quality care! Alexis helped me find glasses that looked very nice on me. She was so caring and such a joy to talk to. I felt so comfortable and felt like I was part of a family there. I was treated immediately, was directed to the back, where the ASM Kinshara assisted me in filling out my information because, well, I couldn’t see the iPad literature well!! Each employee I dealt with was kind and courteous up until the end, when I was back with Ms. Kinshara who helped me pick out my frames, she explained all the findings, in detail, from the doctor, and went through the financial breakdown so it was easy to understand exactly what I was paying for!
