I had to speak with Dr. Tran via text message to even get a response. I Did not get confirmation until work day was over(after calling 4 times and leaving a voicemail since before 10 AM I finally got a response at 5 PM) and could not schedule time off until the next day. I get a call and am told that now that I scheduled time off, the appointment has been pushed back, and if I do not like it, I can go to a different doctor. Do not recommend Dr. Tran at all.
