When we got here there was a customer complaining about issues and we brushed it off since they all seemed soo nice. We when got in the back to get checked out, this is where their performance began.... hearing them ask the same scripted questions (not dental related with no genuine care or concern ) to my husband 5 seconds after I was asked by someone else. All this fluff is to only hustle you into leaving a 5 star review before you hear pricing/cost. Once we got to the pricing.... this young lady should sell used cars... she doesnt care about your situation financially, she is just trying to get that $$ by selling the gloom and doom. Prices were too high ($7000) Be careful, everything can be affordable if they finance it! Long story short... they took money for a future procedure which we canceled the same day and we are still waiting for our refund! We went back to our old dentist who was cheaper and genuine. Called over 20 times! No help!

I was enlightened and surprised that Dr Doa does his own cleaning, impressed, love the personal concern and touch. Today, an extraction and crown, it was so smooth and quick. His assistant, Ms Luana was very professional and detailed. She explained every second and procedure before and during my visit. I hope everyone that have the "going to the dentist apprehension " goes here or find the right Dental Office. I thank the whole crew. š Till next time.
