His bed-side manner is deplorable not to mention he didn’t even introduce himself before tearing me apart over the health of my teeth. The phrases and words he uses is appalling and he instills unnecessary fear unto his patient. We’ve all had fillings, cavities.. at some point in our lives. But to walk into the room with no introduction and berate me with “every single tooth has decay, do you even floss?” Is absolutely inappropriate. I’ve had great dental health for 30 years, and several fillings in my life. I left this office in tears and canceled all future appointments because I can’t even fathom having this man do any work on my teeth solely after how he spoke to me and how I was treated. The quoted bill for the work alone was a huge red flag. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to someone who shows a little more compassion and cares about their patient, like a human being should.
