- EFEthan FordJan 4, 20261.0Called and made the appointment for a contact priscription, once I arrived and showed up they tried to hard sell me on glasses stating my insurance only covered glasses when I'm covered for both. They were clearly trying to push glasses only for monetary gain through my insurance as they have better marginson glasses v contacts. I was even thinking about getting glasses in addition to the contacts I needed. It's crazy what they missed out on due to shady sales practices on their part. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

It’s coming from the 2 week long wait. Being told my glasses should be in one day , I call , and they give me a later date. I still don’t have my glasses and I thought it was suppose to be “same day glasses” as advertised. Wouldn’t go back. Never had to wait longer than 3 days for my prescription.

For 79 dollars I received an eye examination and walked out with two pairs of new glasses, exactly as advertised by Stanton Optical. You cannot beat a deal like that!

Unfortunately, I was advised that this information could only be confirmed in person after scheduling an appointment and presenting my insurance card. Upon arriving, I was immediately informed that Tricare is not accepted and that the copay would be $25 with the purchase of glasses. While the staff in-store were polite, clearer communication over the phone would have saved me unnecessary time and travel
