The doctors are great, but if you need the front desk to get you referred for a more serious issue, you will be waiting weeks only to have them forget and then treat you rudely, IF you can even reach them on the phone. We have been going for 6 years now because the doctors, but I have had it with the staff. My daughter has a torn meniscus and may need surgery, no word on the referral, could not get them on the phone 98% of the time, weeks of pain. They forgot. My wife needed to be transferred for a serious issue. Same problems. I hope the doctors read this, clean house and start over with new office staff. Oh, the office waiting reviews, those are real.

- MMMimi Smith (Queen Mimi)Aug 16, 20253.0I've been coming to this clinic for some years now and Wednesday wasn't pleasant at all. I had an issue with a bill I knew nothing about . So I was told I couldn’t be seen until I spoke with Christina in billing first. Now mind you my insurance told me that I shouldn’t be paying anything at my doctor appointments so that was very confusing. So I called Miss.Christina and she advised me on what to do, and I did just that and I was told that person wasn’t in the office and brushed off like my health wasn’t valid. So I called Miss. Christina back for the second time and when I tell you at this point I was very upset because I no longer stayed in Killeen and thought I had drove all that way for nothing and mind you I was already in the worst pain and I was already in an emotional state of mind from all the pain I was experiencing. So at this point I tell Miss. Christina I was just going to reschedule my appointment because I was basically brushed off from one of the workers at the front desk she said no no don’t do that please I really care about your health so please let me fix this issue for you so you can be seen seeing you drove all this way. When I tell you she was amazing and worked fast to resolve this issue for me I am very grateful they still have people like her and JoJo who really cares about the patients like they do and not just a check. So thank you again Christina and JOJO for taking care of all the paperwork for me. You guys rock. Kindness goes along way is what some folks don’t understand.
