I have gone from staying inside my bedroom all day to spending time outdoors. He is very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, intuitive and helpful. He did not just prescribe medications (which most doctors do), but he also really listened to me and heard me. He asked questions that allowed me to reflect about why I have made certain choices and decisions. I get excited when it is time to attend my sessions.
