  Dr Chun is polite and professional, and has a calm demeanor about him that puts you at ease. The hygienists are all wonderful. This morning I had Preet and he's extremely thorough. Almost to the point if there was a microscopic iota of gold in the back of my teeth he's have found it and scraped it off and we'd all be rich! He used the black light to inspect my mouth and tongue, a process I'd never had done before. The office is exceptionally clean and modern, and the piped music makes you feel at home. If you have doubts about going here, don't. It's excellent!

  My first time being a new patient here. I only came for a cleaning. I sat and waited 2 and a half hours never received the cleaning. Watched 5 customers go ahead of me. My appointment was at 3:30pm. I left out at 6:10pm. With no work done & was also charged an additional $50 for the see cleaning. I would never recommend going here. Ever.

  I had an amazing experience at Heritage dentist’s office. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and attentive, and I felt welcomed right away. The visit was efficient without feeling rushed, and the team got to work immediately, which I truly appreciated. The treatment itself was excellent — I opted for laser deep cleaning, and the results were excellent. The procedure was carried out with great care, precision, and a comforting demeanor that put me at ease throughout. The dentist and assistants were thoughtful, gentle, and sweet, making what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. In terms of value, I found the price fair for the level of service and the quality of work provided. Everything—from the upfront explanations to the post-treatment instructions—was clear and professional. Overall, it was a top-notch experience: efficient, informative, careful, and genuinely kind. I left feeling confident in my care and highly satisfied with the results. I’d definitely recommend this dental team to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant, hassle-free visit.

  Great First Visit! This was my first time seeing Efran, and I was really impressed. He was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything clearly and took his time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. I left feeling well cared for and confident about coming back. Highly recommend!

  I found Heritage after letting a broken tooth go on for too long & i developed a serious infection with an abcess. I was able to call them & get in the same day to have it taken care of. The team was so nice & understanding even though I came in crying with such a high level of pain. They were gentle during the xray pictures & made sure to do it comfortably. The doctor got started quickly & the entire procedure was pain free the moment they numbed me up. I had the abcess drained & a root canal procedure on the broken tooth. I was able to go back to work 3 days after the procedure as I was healing quickly & beautifully. After the tooth had time to heal, I came back for a crown fitting where it was also completely pain free & comfortable. I took this chance to have a couple of fillings done also & it was great. The doctor communicated a plan for me to care for my crown & to schedule regular cleanings/exams. A month or so later, I had a wisdom tooth issue. It was one thing after another for me & again Heritage was amazing throughout the whole thing. I was able to schedule an appointment & they offered me a financial payment plan since my insurance was maxed for the year. They removed my wisdom tooth & placed a bone graft for a future implant or bridge. I was educated in understanding why a bone graft was a good option for my teeth incase I wanted to renew my smile later on & improve my chew since I am now missing a main chewing molar (original one pulled when I was a teen, wisdom tooth moved in). The procedure was as easy as it can be & even though I had a stubborn nerve, the doctor constantly checked in with me. I was eventually unbothered by any of my nerves & actually was so relaxed during my procedure.. I fell asleep. 😅 The team is so nice & understanding for people that have anxiety going to the dentist. They did such a wonderful job that I’ll only come here for my dental work.
