  My husband's appointment went great! I learned some new things also, helpful advice on my struggles with Low T in women. We had the best experience here. Very knowledgeable, personable and explained everything to us. Highly recommended. Low T in men and women is a serious matter, most Doctors don't take it seriously, this place listens and helps you to achieve your best health again!

  Do not use this place unless you want to be taken advantage of. They charged my card over $500 without my authorization, and I never received the package. I called multiple times and was given the runaround — first they said they’d email me details, but nothing ever came. When I finally spoke with LaDonna, she was rude and dismissive from the start. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she tried to justify the charge and showed zero accountability. Weeks later, they suddenly claimed I needed to file a police report — something that should have been mentioned from the beginning. To make it worse, they sent me a tracking number over three weeks after the supposed delivery date. Who does that? It’s beyond unprofessional and completely unreliable. The physician assistant I met was great, but the billing and management side is a nightmare. If you value honesty, communication, and respect for your money — go somewhere else.
