- RORegina OereOct 17, 20251.0Medical: Keep you waiting for over an hour for a scheduled appointment, multiple times. Sometimes you have leave without getting seen if you need to go back to work. They forget to call you to schedule future required appointments. No proper follow up care. The physical therapy is a joke. They employ students who are trying their best but the so-called professionals that should be leading your care sit back and play on their phones. They don’t even observe your pain area to see if there’s any progress or if they need to adjust exercises. Very disappointing. Otherwise, front desk staff are very nice and friendly.
