I ended up waiting about three hours, and a lot of that was because I was apparently left out of the line. The staff member, I believe her name was Boquisha, told me that she thought I had left, even though I hadn’t moved. And after I was supposedly put back in line to be next, several other people kept getting called ahead of me. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience and I hope they can improve their patient management in the future. At the end of it, they tried to charge me $150 and I haven’t even seen the doctor at all. Honestly, this is for sure the worst experience I’ve ever had with any doctor or clinic.

She seemed upset I was there and did not seem like she wanted to help me. I had to advocate for myself to get treatment in the end. After seeing a physician at a different location he confirmed treatment was the best route and was far kinder than she was. Will be going to the new location from now on.
