The physician just parades up and down the hall with no interest for the patient!! The staff are disrespectful, they ignore you while you're standing right in front of them!!!!! So disappointing, especially when you are in great pain.

She took the time to walk me through exactly what I needed to do and showed so much grace and patience when we realized my drug test documents had expired. Despite that, I was still kept in the same order as when I arrived, which I truly appreciated. The nurse who assisted me with my drug test, Kim, was also wonderful. We even shared a quick laugh over someone else standing up with the same last name as mine, which made the experience more comfortable. She was professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service without any issues at all. Overall, my experience was great, and I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism from the staff. Highly recommend!

We have been unnecessarily waiting, while the physician just parades up and down the hall, literally doing NOTHING!!! The staff are terrible as well and ignore you while you're standing right in front of their face for 10 minutes and will not check you in until you have to stand and flag their attention for an additional 5 minutes!!!!!! Look at the photo for reference. We are the ones with the indication of red, due to the long wait!!! 117 minutes of wait time is insane, especially when you checked in before everyone else!!! If you value your time, maybe consider going elsewhere!!!!
