- WCWalter CicackJan 27, 20255.0Working with The Key has been a great experience. My mother had emergency hip surgery and i was scrambling the morning-of to arrange some in-home care for her. I found The Key on Google and called them because I saw they were Houston based. Within a few hours, we had arranged 24hr care for a weeks duration for my mother. They were sensative to my mothers needs and personality and we went through a questionaire to match my mom with the ideal caregivers. Before my mom got home from surgery that evening, a caregiver was waiting. The caregivers provided excellent, professional and compassionate service to my mom for a solid week, 24/7. My mother got the care she needed and she and the caregivers got along well. Also, the rates for the service were reasonable. Would definately use The Key again and recommend.
