Only 1 other patient in waiting area, I waited for about 20 minutes & was called to the back for the exam only to find out there is NO REAL EYE DOCTOR at this location. They only do sight exams to see what prescription you need only. They claim to have a licensed doctor SIGN OFF ON YOUR PRESCRIPTION BUT THEY ARE NOT PHYSICALLY AT THIS LOCATION TO SEE YOU! I came in for extremely dry eyes with no vision problems and guy told me he would have to refer me somewhere else. So i figured i might as well do exam since im here. He told me i was waiting for a lady to come in the room who wasnt at work yet. Black female "doctor" walks in with fast food in her hand and left us patients to wait an additional 20 minutes! She walked back and forth past us several times without even a hello or anything . I walked out, my time is too valuable to be waiting like this. Disgusting service..
