Brenda saved me, making my lenses with in an hour, great attitude, and 1/3 price. My goodness, why I haven't found them earlier!!

I informed them of this behavior the day of my sons initial appt again when it was time to pick up his glasses and when I went back to pick up the second pair. I made mentioning to the staff and was DISMISSED ma'am my son is 13 yrs old. If the parent is taken back and enraged that is a clear sign that there is a problem
