  If I could give zero stars I would. Please avoid this place by all means. So incredibly unorganized and unprofessional.

  Booking my appointment online was very easy, even right before the holidays, and there were plenty of available time slots. They also accept insurance, which made the process even more accessible. After my visit, I truly do not understand the negative reviews because my experience was the complete opposite. I recently had my Nexplanon birth control removed and had been dealing with ongoing discomfort for a couple of months. It reached a point where I needed to be seen, so I came in for that and also decided to get STI and STD testing done. I went in not knowing what to expect and ended up having a much better experience than I have ever had at my regular gynecologist. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were kind and attentive. I was taken back promptly. The nurse who asked the intake questions was incredibly warm and immediately made me feel comfortable. She also drew my blood, and I truly did not feel a thing. Not even a tiny prick. She was amazing. I wish I knew her name, but she was wearing heart-shaped sunglasses. The physician, Jessica Dudley, was equally wonderful. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions, explain what was happening with my body, and walk me through every medication in a way that was easy to understand. I have never felt so informed or so at ease during a doctor’s visit. I genuinely felt heard, seen, and cared for. It is also worth remembering what Planned Parenthood exists to do. They are there to help people who need care, especially those who may not otherwise have access to it. The staff are doing their best to serve the community, and that means appointments can sometimes run longer or there may be a wait. They work hard to see everyone, including people who come in without a scheduled appointment, and that matters. Because of how safe and comfortable I felt, I am honestly considering coming here for all of my care going forward. If you are hesitant because of other reviews, I recommend giving this location a chance.

  If you can avoid this location PLEASE DO!! The wait is long and all i went for was an STI testing. They couldnt draw my blood for an HIV Test and when i asked for a rapid one, one lady said no and the other lady told the dr yes. I understood later why the other lady said no, the yes lady brought in a tube and tried to drip finger blood in it for the rapid test. Of course it didnt work. It has taken over a month for me to receive my results just for them to tell me today it was inconclusive even with me giving them a whole cup full of pee. The doctor also called me and said she was returning my call in regard to some meds that werent working well with me. I called for my results yall, not meds… WRONG PATIENT. I basically wasted 2 hours of my time because absolutely nothing came of it. Oh, the room i was put in was so DISGUSTING!! Omgee, looks like blood and fluids were everywhere. Please find a different location, it’ll be worth whatever drive you have to take

  This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had anywhere. Here is why: 1. I scheduled an appointment to see why I have a growing pain in my pelvic area. 2. The doctor said it could be a tear of some sort and that I need to get imaging done as all the tests came out negative. She said that I would need a referral to an imaging place. 3. When I was checking out no one gave me any information on what work I needed done. I left without digging deeper. 4. The following day I called to acquire information on what I needed scanned and what this screening was called. 5. The clerk said she would call me back and never did. 6. The following day I called back and one woman kept redirecting me as if I was incompetent. She wouldn’t send me the referral paperwork so that I could use it to search for an imaging place. The “name” of the scan that she verbally relayed to me was not exact or helpful to the imaging businesses, which I found out later making phone calls. 7. When I found an imaging place they asked me to have the referral emailed to them. At this point I dreaded having to call planned parenthood seeing as they seem to forget everything and be completely unconcerned with their patients. I had a new lady on the phone who basically just told me my only option was to keep calling back to see if they sent the fax(they apparently didn’t do emails). 8. That was on Friday morning. Friday afternoon I called my imaging place and they said they did get a fax but it was incorrect paperwork and not a traditional referral. She said it was notes about my visit but not a formal referral that they get from other doctor’s offices so it was useless. 9. We are now on Tuesday. The imaging place is now calling for me to get this paperwork so that I can take care of this health problem because no one at planned parenthood seems to care about any potentially serious issues with their patients. I recommend sparing yourself the headache of coming here, especially if you don’t look the same complexion as the front desk girls. They will be mean to you.

  This location along with other planned parenthood locations were acquired by a different company as of October 1st, 2025. The affordable prices to access basic health care are no longer available. It use to be between $50-150 for an office visit and lab work. They are now charging $300+ for an office visit and lab work. The nurse practitioner I use to see is also no longer working at this company because of the new acquisition. I don’t know what has become of Planned Parenthood or if this is just a Texas specific thing, but it’s such a shame.
