Wish I could give zero stars
Can never get in touch with office personnel.
Had a visit a week ago Following up about a birth control that I have been taking for a year Just to get another refill for the next 13 months. Doctor called in the wrong prescription not covered by my insurance $180 a month. I have been trying to contact them for an entire week and all the people at the call center do is say that they’re going to message the office but never get a response or any help back even though They charged my insurance and got their money. I did not receive the services I paid for. It has been a runaround and a headache. Please avoid going to plant parenthood. The ladies at the desk couldn’t even figure out my insurance before my appointment, which pushed back my appointment time a whole hour. They really have no idea what they’re doing.

This is the best woman’s health center I have ever visited in all my adults years! The staff (Mallory) , nurse (April) and doctor (Ms. Clark) were absolutely phenomenal ! Dr. Clark answered every single one of my questions in detail and made me feel so understood and comfortable. She really seemed to care, which I have never experienced at a woman’s health clinic. Also I’ve never liked getting my blood taken but today they were so gentle and handled me with care. I received a lot of good information I needed and got guidance on how to improve my health overall. All in all, it was an exceptional experience. I am so very glad I found this clinic. 10/10 STARS! Thank you all!

The nurse was incredibly condescending and rude. I had high blood pressure after a stressful week - and also the stress of getting together the money for the appointment and getting myself there. Despite my explanation, the nurse threatened me with denying me birth control. She prescribed progesterone. I asked if it was a year's prescription, and she indicated that it was. IT WASN'T! I went to pick up my refill, and it was denied. This location has sent me a threatening letter about my blood pressure (which is FINE - it was only high on that visit) and refuse to provide me with birth control unless I take off work, which I cannot do, come to another appointment, and pay them another $80, which I do not have. It was hard enough to get to that one appointment. I lost my insurance and haven't been able to afford any. They don't care. They do not care about people who are poor or who don't have access to transportation. They send harassing letters. I grew up believing planned parenthood was there to help women, but in my experience, this is not the case. I have gotten no help and am now without birth control. All because my blood pressure was high - it is fine now, and anyway my prescription was for a birth control that does not affect blood pressure, which is why she prescribed it in the first place. It is unreasonable to require me to come in and prove my blood pressure is normal when the medication doesn't even affect it. They just want to squeeze money out of patients who are stupid enough to believe they are there to help.
