My friend and I relocated to Houston four months ago, and initially, we had a positive experience for the first couple of weeks, then we noticed that there have been serious issues with the workers who compromise confidentiality, which is against the law to my knowledge and had one of the workers come into my job and threaten me on the premises but the motto for Planet Fitness is a safe environment and a judgment-free zone while you’re not living up to your motto and also my friend gets ignored while she is up at the front desk by multiple employees when will you hold your manager and employees accountable we will be canceling our membership and going to a non-Planet Fitness.
