Dr. Chiranjeevi Tummala is super dedicated to her patients and her practice, and her team is 100% in line with going the extra mile!!! (Christmas holiday week) I walked into Dr. Tummala’s clinic outside of regular office hours while she happened to be there. She was incredibly kind and patient—she took the time to examine my tooth and helped schedule a follow-up appointment. I understand that dental treatment cannot be completed in just one visit, but her care and attention to a patient’s emotions at such a critical moment truly meant a lot to me. Thank you very much, Dr. Tummala.

- IVIsaac VuongNov 18, 20251.0Wore braces with Dr. Tummala for years. Was unhappy with the final result but by then the braces were already off. She sent an inexperienced nurse alone in to do my retainers and they came out uncomfortable, rough, and low quality. I then had to spend even more on Invisalign just to fix my smile. Recently, she failed my deep impacted tooth extraction and I was blamed for being “too anxious”. I was in a t-shirt and shivering because the room was cold. When I called for a break because I was having a hard time breathing (due to my throat being numb and my mouth being pryed wide open) she cancelled the surgery and said the reason was because “I was being too anxious”. She sewed up the cuts she made around my gums and kept repeating that it was my fault because “she thinks i’m anxious”. I wasn’t anxious, I was cold and I couldn’t breathe and i’m at fault? Instead of simply telling me extractions fail sometimes she goes on to gaslight me into thinking i’m to blame. I suffered the pain of the procedure and it’s recovery for nothing as well as the confusion and fluster of her behavior during the whole experience. Was a patient for a decade, now i’m never coming back.
