This is why she may be everyone's favorite instructor. She's SO good, even "the impossible" seems like an everyday thing. Her recent orchestration of the “power outage ride” was nothing short of magical. Each time the power went off, Mimi celebrated. She used the outages to focus everyone on how COOL the NEXT song was going to be. We believed her. The result was another "best ride-ever." No wonder we love her so much. Team CycleBar Houston Heights ... Thank you.
