There is a lot of seating and the wait is long. Once you're called again the staff makes your experience comfortable and puts your mind at ease. This time I had Ramon who conducted my vision and hearing test and even though I was nervous Ramon made me feel at ease and before I knew it, it was all over and my left eye is a mess..lol 10/10 definitely recommend.
