However, the DOT physician I saw who was wearing glasses and a face mask came across as very rude and unapproachable. I’ve completed many DOT exams in the past, and the previous doctors were professional, friendly, and made the process comfortable. Unfortunately, this experience was different, as the doctor seemed dismissive and lacked professionalism. Personally, I would recommend avoiding Concentra Urgent Care for a DOT based on my experience.

The staff weren't calling anyone in until they started calling one person back at a time, every hour. So here I am two hours later and finally was called in to do a pee test. I've wasted two hours of my time on something that only takes 10 minutes.

I had Gerald helping me. His printer was not working and he said he would go get my papers but instead came back licking his fingers with a plate of food. Then he ask me to get up and do my eyes and weight. He never put it in the computer. He left me with the blood pressure machine on my arm to go eat again. My urine was not sealed at all because the other woman couldn’t find him so she said he will do it later. Then Michelle was talking about the people she worked with on her phone and yelling all loudly. She was so rude to everyone. Thank goodness the physician was great even though Gerald never input anything and I had to tell her my weight and height. Then he never measured my neck because he was worried about everything else. This was the worst place to ever be at for over an hour!!!!!
