  Don't come here for a DOT Physical. You'll be sitting in the room waiting on the doctor for an hour or more. Checked in at 8:30... still hadn't seen a doctor by 10:15.

  I was the only person inside the facility, I completed my paperwork on line in about 5 minutes, yet it took almost 30 minutes before I was called to the back. Another person walked in well after me but was called before they could sit down! Granted they were probably there for something else but still! Also the person that drew my labs didn't know how to activate the safety on the butterfly needle to retract the needle, there was not a draw chair, nor a table! I've never been so uncomfortable in my life having my blood drawn! I do know I will not go back to this location!!!!

  Took me 2 hrs for simple CXR that was needed for my job. As I have positive skin test due to BCG, prompting me to do CXR every yr or two. I been going to this branch many years and never had an issues. They-there were 3 staffs at the front trying to figure out my test one of them literally told me to hush so she can speak. Finally they spoke with my company and had an okay to do focus CXR..if not they said- I will have skin test and come back in 24-48 hrs to be read then CXR will be done.I reiterated to them multiple times ,I had received BCG vaccine,that gives false positive result.So highly recommended if I can proceed with the CXR BUT, to no avail. As they won't take this, finally they agreed to do "focus test "after talking to my company. Then I had another stop inside when I finally went in with 2 staff,prohibiting me from the test(again) ,They wanted to see my TB spot and get the actual result before seeing the MD.Another wait.Then finally told me I had to see an MD to get an okay for CXR . Had to wait for MD and tech to do my test. The MD was so nice and very attentive, took me 1 min to explain why I needed a CXR for my company record. He agreed instantly. My blessing that day. I was fine with ABOVE, having to see an MD for CXR for job clearance and the wait... There I come to find out, my 2 co workers went to Tomball Parkway branch with same situation as mine same result , same test and same company.It took them only 15 mins for completion. Same concentra- different approach? Pls explain to me why I needed to see 5 staffs and MD vs over at the Tomball Parkway. Btw, before I came in that morning, I called prior, to make sure their CXR equipment was working. As I went there yrs ago, it was not functional which I ended up going to different branch. This front lady put me on hold on for good 8-10 mins, " hold" hold" hold" at least 5 times after holding me for a long time each time, I was trying to get her before putting me on hold again "ma'ammmm" but before I can anything more-" hold" again.I was literally close to the area before she finally talked to me. When I got to the place, I see her doing same thing. Put someone on hold, for so many minutes ,then "hold "hold ". I felt sorry for that person on hold. If I'm not mistaken , there were 6 staffs at the front. I guess , too busy?..Hmm, maybe 5 people at the lobby tops- as I got there so early at 0908. This experience was sooo horrible. I will never put a patient to this. Compassion is needed at this place. I'm not complaining for myself , since it will not help me now, but I usually bring any circumstances like these, to protect people to have experience like mine, if ever this will be taken seriously.
