The staff was great and the technician I worked with was very pleasant and professional. I gave 4 stars because of the condition of the waiting room. There was trash on or near several of the chairs. Candy bar wrappers laying in the seat. Cups with liquid sitting on the ground near the feet of the chairs, just waiting to be knocked over and soak someone’s bag or purse and create a slipping hazard. The row of chairs on that side of the room had a really strong urine smell. I’m not a neat freak and have raised kids and dogs, so I understand that sometimes they leave a mess and parents have their hands full. This affected 1/4 of the seating in the waiting area. The front desk staff could have addressed it (there was 1 or 2 other people in the waiting room), but didn’t. It’s a medical facility. It should be clean, imo. Or at least not have trash laying on the chairs and on the ground under them. 🤷🏻♂️
