I passed drug test and then they failed me. Dr. Tam B Nguyen said he had a suspicion I smelled like weed. I asked if any other person smelled weed on me. He said no.... But when i got my paper back he said other people said I smell.like it too. He lied. This place is not a good place. I would not recommend coming here. He is the short bald Dr.. They are terrible. Damion In the front is very nice. Without him this place should close down. Wrote on comments that I had delayed responses. I also talked to the office manager and she said I talked just fine.

He just keep talking never stop and when i want to speak he interupt me, not a good listeaner, does not respect customers. He's rude, doesn't deserve to be part of concentra team. He needs to understand the customer is always right, i pay his salary. Who ever that received this feedback can do something about it and not just ignore it. Dissapointed customer.

So had to sit there for another 30 minutes and she was so very sweet and patient!! I finally did it and she was so sweet! She just said relax and it will happen. She was right!!!
- JCJon CruzNov 3, 20252.0Friday I went over there to the clinic. I got there at 8 o’clock didn’t leave until about 1:30 in the afternoon. It is ridiculous. How many people were in that office also upon waiting in the waiting room I was in there for two hours. They didn’t have the common courtesy at least come by and tell me hey we’re gonna try to get to you as quick as we can. We’re understaffed or whatever may be going on. I went out on the outside of my door to wait to see what was going on and I overheard one of the nurses or the manager say look they’re out there standing out of their door in the office like we’re some type of animals. This is very ridiculous and this is uncalled for Then he told me that he was gonna try to get somebody to bring me snacks cause I told him I have been fasting since since the night before 8 PM. Anyways, this is the worst location to go to all Concentra’s are worse to go to
