Woman at the front desk is rude as can be. Don't know her name but Red hair and just completely ignored me when I tried to ask if I was going to be seen anytime soon after waiting for so long. If your short staffed or whatever the case then don't over book appointments if you can't handle the amount of people coming in.

- MGMaria GOct 6, 20253.0The visit went well.The Medical Assistant that did my mask fitting was great,but there was another MA that lacked professionalism.She came in the room and I asked " Does the mask look tight? She replied " a little" and continued to say " You already failed the test" .All this without even starting the test. I,in return stated I that I did not feel it tight ,that I could wear it all day with no bother.They proceeded to call the person at the front desk and ask if my mask looked ok and she confirmed that it was.In my opinion The Medical Assistant that made the precipitated judgement before the test lacked professionalism.
