I called because I was under the influence and suicidal. They tell me to come. I get there, they don’t have a bed. But they also turned me away to the ER to get clearance. I had the option to refuse and go straight back home. Why would I go back home after an attempt? Anyway they had me take an ambulance for a literal 5 minute drive. The ER they work with was absolutely no help either. I will NEVER seek help anywhere ever again. Next time I’ll just do it.

Terrible place to attempt to obtain medical records. I spoke to Caleb. Considering I am a patient that struggles with Mental Health, I would hope this process would be take with ease. They did not make it easy to get the information I urgently needed. I'm okay with sending documentation for my medical records, but not only was their response inconsiderate, but also unempathetic. They sent me an email with an error, the manager said "we have 7 days to take care of this but Caleb was trying to be nice."
Earlier in our phone call, Caleb confirmed he reads his email everyday. I asked if he had overlooked mine expressing my concern with the error message, but stated he was just opening his email for the day. It's 12 PM. Emails should be open at a start of a shift to ensure you receive all updated information and communication. Not the case here, whom are attending mental health patients.
My only two options, as per manager, come in person or get it faxed. In order to get the documentation in person, I must travel 4 hours from San Antonio. Second option includes me stepping into a public setting to receive my medical records. PII and PHI completely compromised but if that's what I must do.. to get the couple pieces of paper. Mental Health patients must travel 4 hours now.
They can't get your paperwork together. Imagine how the treat their patients.

I give 0 stars, its a Horrible place, they didn't took care of my son who has depression, they just let him stay in bed for the whole week and that cause him irritation on his back and breakout, when asked how my son was doing they lied to me, I ask them if he was eating and sleeping they said yes, but when they discharged him I pick him up I can see that he wasn't sleeping nor eating he had lost a lot of weight and his back was so irritated, they don't care about patients they just care about money. That place needs to be sued & closed.
