- ETErnesto Talavera2 days ago1.0Total waste of time, I schedule for a appointment and when I came 15 min earlier they make me wait 48 minutes and then when they offered me some frames any of those match my face size. WHEN I told that to the guy at the store he try to reschedule the eye exam for the next day. I refuse because it was my only day off and when I explained that to him he said that he don't have time for me to make the exam and more people came after and they do the eye exam and the guy just passed away from me. Don't waste your time and money at this place. I wish I can give them negative stars.

I was not in any kind of rush this day so did not mind the little extra wait time seeing as he was doing everything he could. He was taking care of everyone & was very attentive, I didn’t catch his name but his badge said AMR. He helped me get the best deal possible while explaining everything thoroughly. Definitely recommend this location!
