- GTgrateful tritone1 day ago5.0I recently went to this location for assistance with an eye exam, looking to get contacts and updated perscription for glasses. The stores atmosphere was very relaxing and they were able to do a same day appointment on a sunday. Total time with exam and everything I was in and out in under a hour. Amr helped through every step of the way and was so helpful, kind, and informative on process. Could not recommend this location, and Amr's customer service enough, and definitely will be returning the next time I need eye care.

Jessica and the assessor was great, and was able to get everything done in less than 30-40 minutes. I was able to book an appointment the same day I called, so that’s also a plus.

- DPDemarcus PowellOct 20, 20251.0Would not recommend. Booked an appointment in person and they did not tell me it would be a virtual eye exam until I arrived the next day for my appointment. Since I was in a hurry to get my contacts ordered but when my exam started it was not with an eye doctor but a technician on a virtual call. I never got to see or speak with a doctor. Then when I was given contacts they didnt ask me to try them on in store as every other provider I have been to for the last 10 years has done, nor did they carry my brand at all. Additionally, when I received my prescription the axis of correction was wrong for one eye. I went back in later that day to ask for them to review/change this and the guy at the counter argued with me despite me having 10 years of prescriptions with me that all matched each other but not their virtual eye exam prescription. They said they would ask the doctor to update it but after multiple visits and a whole week passing they gave me the exact same prescription but told me it had been updated. I would not recommend this place if you would like to see an actual doctor. Would give this place 0 stars if it were allowed.
