The staff were very helpful and polite. Doctor was very polite and efficient. There wasn’t any problems with the staff. It was just your computer. Outside of that everything was just fine.

The only issue I had was that they were going to be cutting a sample of my hair and they have the room where it is done and it took the girl that was very nice and explained the procedure and tried to get the sample from my legs or my arms but I did not have enough hair to do it that way thst she had to cut my hair off my head. But she could not find the scissors.
It took over 10 min for her to find the scissors and they told her they were in another room and she went to go get them but it still took her another couple of min to locate them. Once she did it went pretty fast she cut the back of my head to where you could not see the area that she cut the sample from. So my only complaint would be if your going to be cutting people's hair for a drug test have the scissors in that room. You can get scissors dirt cheap why dont you have one pair of scissors in every room. Plus when you go to get your hair cut at the beauty shop. They have the scissors in a jar of liquid to sanitizer so they are clean for the next person that they are going to be used on. She was looking for the scissors in a drawer. You have to use tubes for the blood that no one has used before for the blood test. You have to use a sanatized cup for the pee test. So why not use scissors that are sterile as well. I dont know on who they were used on before and if they had clean hair or not or if there was any hair left on the scissors from the person before me so I really hope my test comes out correct. That is my only concern. Other wise it was ok. Sign in went fast. With no issues. I had completed the sing in online and plenty of room in the waiting room. But you were not called as you came in. 2 other people came in after me and they were called in before I had been taken to the back. The wait was not long either. Other than once you were in the room. The funny thing about the location, it was close to my home just down the road. But the office/store/building next to them was a CBC store and when I got out of my car it smelled just like pot. I dobt know if someone was smoking somewhere close by or if it was coming from the store/building it self but you could really smell it. That was funny to me. That they would send me to do my drug test there and the store next door to it sold CBC and other stuff for use. Thank you for helping me with my drug test. Have a nice day.
