- CSCasey Stovall2 days ago1.0Nowhere on the site does it say the exam will be virtual. didnt know the exam would be virtual until i got into the store. sorry, i want a real doctor that knows what they are looking at and will listen, not a face on a screen that is letting some poorly trained sales person they scooped up from the street work the machine. if they want to make this crap automated, they should just have an automated kiosk. dont get me started on the fact they dont take vsp, the most popular insurance that is taken by eye doctors. glad i opted out too, because the internet is rife with horror stories about these virtual eye exams. sorry, you want my business, you need to be a real person that can check my eyes and look for actual issues. you are a freaking doctor, act like one. i am not cattle.

She said she is the manager at another location but was filling in at the Firewheel location. She was very thorough, transparent and super friendly. The office is clean and relaxing. The entire process lasted less than an hour and I had my new glasses before I left. 10/10 will be receiving my eye care here moving forward.
