  Totally agree with Lauren below. Purchased a Groupon for service. The nice lady set an appointment up. Three days before the appointment she called backed and said they had not ordered enough product. So, I rescheduled and again the young woman was very kind and helpful. About a week before the 2nd appointment another woman called and said they had to cancel my appointment. I asked if I could reschedule and they said no. But I could call Groupon and get a refund maybe. I asked why it was cancelled and she said she could not disclose that info. They texted me the customer service number to Groupon which turns out is a investor relations company named Computershare. Pathetic! Yes please answer Dr. so we can all ready your BS answer.

  This place might be a scam? I purchased a Groupon and scheduled my appointment about a month in advance. When the day came, they claimed there was a scheduling error and had to reschedule. I booked again, another month out, and two days before the new appointment, I received a text, just a text, with no explanation, saying they couldn't keep the appointment. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
