The guy I had the first time may want to work on his attitude and demeanor when it comes to his job meaning he can stand to be a little more pleasant and polite.

However, I did not have to wait long (had an appointment time). Dr. McNutt and his staff was GREAT. We talked through my options and decided. Definitely recommend this office.

I’ve never been to this office before but his customer service plus the atmosphere of the office was hands down amazing!!! This world has changed so much as far as in customer service people don’t care anymore and it’s noticeable BUT Salvador cares! He displayed that to me from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Concentra you’ve got an ACE! Thank you Salvador!

Avoid Dr Thanh phan at all cost he gives false results and will cost you big time better another place.Save your time and money
- HLHector LujanOct 27, 20251.0If I could do zero stars I would, the front desk was extremely rude and pushy except for one employee (Lopez) he was super nice and helpful, but some guy named Ali or something like that answered the phone after I was on hold for a long time and was super pushy and rushed, all I needed was a copy of my DOT that I already got at their clinic in the past two weeks, he said I needed to come in, like right away as soon as I said what I needed, it’s like they didn’t wanna work or are trying hard to not talk to people cus after I told him I didn’t have a ride to get there for a copy, he put me on hold again and cam back and asked me for my information, he said they’re about to send it out and he just immediately hung up while I was still saying things to them.. this place needs to be shut down
