Dr. Smith is the best. He seems to know everything there is to know about prevention and intervention in pediatric medicine. We feel very fortunate to have our kids under his care. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately service has come down significantly since children's health acquired the practice and prices have increased.
This is not for the professionals but for the systems and processes in place, plus the steep price increases

Absolutely love this clinic. Dr Nail is the best along with the other NPs and PAs that we have seen here in the past. I am almost always able to get a same day appointment and everyone is so kind! Thank you so much for such great care for my kiddos!

Dr. Crowe is an exceptional physician and communicator. She’s direct, thorough, and ensures that everything is clearly understood. She takes the time to get to know her patients on a personal level—I never feel rushed or like just another number. My teenager especially appreciates how Dr. Crowe speaks directly with her, taking time to explain each condition and treatment plan in a way that makes sense. She’s kind, welcoming, and truly professional. We feel very fortunate to have her as our doctor

AVOID!!!
Dr. Crow has several one star reviews for a reason! She is highly unprofessional and has a terrible bedside manner. During our visit, my son was feeling scared about getting a throat swab- so she threatened him that if he didn’t open his mouth immediately, she’d get a nurse to come in and hold him down so they could forcefully swab his throat. Who says that to a sick, frightened child?
I told her that this wasn’t necessary and that I’d talk to him so that I could ease his anxiety…to which she said that we needed to “hurry up because I have other patients and no more time for this”. Excuse me, but we waited in the waiting room and again in the exam room to see you…if you’re overbooked, then don’t lash out at your patients. Your management needs to handle appointments better in that case. Also, you’re being paid for your time- stop treating sick children like they’re an inconvenience, since you’re the one that decided to specialize in children’s medicine.
Overall, a horrible experience. Dr. Crow makes Children’s Health look really bad- if this is the kind of doctor that they want representing them, then I’ll make sure to avoid their hospitals too and tell everyone that I know to do the same.
