Smooth transaction and she explained the warranty and other features when purchasing through Warbu Parker. Wonderful experience!

This makes decision making easy, leaving out extra costs. I found myself having to purchase new glasses and went to a Warby Parker store near me. They were about to clise for the evening and allowed me to enter. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional. I forgot my prescription at home, and was given a estimate on a pair of frames I picked out. I in formed the staff I would return the next day. I went in and different staff was there. I thought I would have to start all over. I was presently deprived that they looked up my info and within an instant they presented me with the frames. The staff had the same energy and presence of the previous staff. I was quoted the same price. I will receive my glasses at my home within 17 days, at no additional cost. My experience was outstanding.!!!
