Will was by far the most considerate and carrying professional I have met in years, maybe ever. Through my tears and moments of inability to speak he immediately made me feel special. We had a connection of the heart. This guy actually cared about my situation and my husband! He provided excellent personnel in spite of my husband being not so easy to please! He did not give up on us. Francis was very helpful and gentle with him. JoAnne was with him when he passed and that gave me so much comfort. She was so good with him and such a caring loving lady.
