It's a telehealth/ teledoc system so an actual dr is not in the room seeing you, you are seeing "someone" who is not even an eye dr on a screen. And before Stanton responds as they have on other posts.. I'm aware a licensed optometrists signs the RX.. it's not the point. They do the exam based on a script because I tried to ask a question and the guy got flustered and lost his place. When he asked me if I could see one of the screens I said yes I can read it but it's blurry.. his response was OK let the physician tech know so they can make a note... I'm sorry, wut? Like what good is that going to do?! Next we move on to the near vision test.. the guy in the office comes in and puts a card down in front of my face and the screen guy tells me to read the lowest line I can read..I read the bottom left line which I believe would be 20/10... tell me why when I got my RX it's for a bifocal with a +1.25 add???? I have never needed reading glasses in my life. I only need glasses for distance to drive... that's it. Absolutely insane. They don't explain anything to you as you're moving along during the exam. They do the is 1 or 2 better.. he doesn't tell you ANYTHING. Nothing was explained to me.. I got my RX which is pretty different than my last RX.. I ordered the cheapest pair of glasses online so I can see if the RX is going to work before I just go somewhere else to get a new rx. Good part is I used my insurance for the exam so I only paid a $10 copay.. bad part is I feel like I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get a new RX so I'll have to pay for that out of pocket. Anyway.. all of this to say don't waste your time on exams at this place. I'm sure the optical is fine.. they did have a large selection of frames. Two stars are for the friendly staff and the frame selection.

- JJJennifer JimenezNov 11, 20251.0First, when you get an eye exam, you’re not actually seeing a real person that’s in there physically with you in the room there’s a person that you can see on the wall and they’re doing the eye exam for you which is very weird. Second, I got a pair of contacts. The contacts hurt my eyes because I have extreme dry eye apparently, the lady told me that she will work with me and exchange them. They’re not supposed to do it, but she will do it for me ,one time but then when I go back to give her the contacts the old ones she tells me that it still gonna cost more money. I already paid $200 for a three month supply and she’s trying to make me pay for the eye exam plus the contacts or glasses Which is crazy because eyes exam is supposed to be free so I don’t know why she’s still charging me for the eye exam so I don’t appreciate her lying to me. I don’t appreciate her trying to charge me again for an eye exam when the exam supposed to be free with contacts so y’all guys are better going somewhere else this place is not good at all. If you had a real Eye Doctor, that was actually looking into your eye they would see that you have extreme dry Eye ,and they didn’t do that not once! Because there’s actually nobody going in the room with you you’re doing a weird Eye exam ! So now I’m stuck with contacts that I can’t even wear because they hurt my eye so bad
