I had never been to a Stanton Optical store before and this was actually my first time seeing an optometrist in a few years because I don’t have vision insurance. The ladies who were there and took care of me were very friendly and helpful. They did all the measurements known to man and really took time going through the lenses for the prescription. I tend to get a little confused mentally about what ACTUALLY looks better and they were very patient in going back and forth hundreds of times for me. More than anything though, they moved heaven and earth to get me the most affordable pricing possible. Funny story, I accidentally booked an appointment thinking there would be a summary screen before confirming the appointment and there wasn’t one. I was hoping a summary screen might show me pricing for an exam and since it didn’t I had no idea what I was walking into. By the end of everything when it was time to check out I was thoroughly glad that this was the place I went to. We will be coming back for my wife in the near future and I’ll probably also come here to buy frames in the near future as well. If you’re on the fence just give them a call or schedule an appointment and go it, they have ways to meet your needs.

- SSsaDec 3, 20251.0The call center told me they accepted my insurance wasted my time going in for them to not. The follow day they called me to hustle me to go in again regardless and pay $75 instead of a $10 copay down the street. Don’t waste your time unless you’re doing self pay.
