- KCKalli CrowsonOct 24, 20251.0Felt rushed. Front desk lady was talking to another tech the entire time I was checking in. The tech that helped me giggled when she took my weight, big, huge no, should be common sense, but not everyone can be smart. The doctor acted uninterested and absolutely annoyed when I had questions following her instructions on pills. Doesn’t seem like anyone here is professional, or actually wants to help. Places like this are usually already nerve wracking, so save yourself the extra anxiety and go to a different location. 👍

My only issue is with the doctor who replaced the nexaplon in my left arm. - She wouldn't let me look at MY arm while replacing the implant. -She was rough with bandaging my arm. -She said that my previous expirence I had when I first got the implant (symptoms) were in my head! Even though the previous doctor warned me of those exact symptoms! I will not be returning to this Planned Parenthood, while you have such a rude doctor at this facility.

Their main priority is to make you feel comfortable and they are very informative with all the different forms of contraceptive they offer.
