    Trash Trash AND MORE TRASH HANGS AROUND & NEAR THIS LOCATION. YOU COULD TOTALLY IGNORE ALL THE RIFF RAFF IF IT WASNT JUST OUTSIDE 🙄 I suppose. I would attempt to join here due to this location bring near downtown Fort Worth where I have several clients but thanks to one of the rude & unhelpful employees (I believe a female, which has llong dreads,thin frame & obviously not doing her job)I would not make a mistake & do so. I came by this Location on Lancaster & I tried to get this person's attention (I do know she did hear me) to ask a few questions regarding current information on joining & becoming a member but this person would not respond as they were in the middle of sweeping the floor near the front I did asked twice & after the second time of asking she just turned around & walked off. I decided that was a fair warning & TMA now! I decided to prove that my thoughts were on point looked at the views went straight to the lowest ones which most of them were very current a majority so then I burned off 🚙 being very grateful for this Sunday despite this event and that I made a great effort to start the day off wiith the Lord TRULY being my Devine Guide today! Thank you Jesus!

    This is strictly off of interactions w staff member Liz, the only one I've interacted with. I started a membership, during the interaction (if that's what you'd call it as she didn't interact other than telling me to sit somewhere to fill out info on a tablet) I stopped and told her that the tablet indicated my employer and I think I might have free membership. Instead of looking to see what I was talking about, she told me to just come back "when I can" after I fill out the tablet...okay. Zero customer service, zero smile, zero eye contact, zero interest, but I thought "okay, maybe she's having a rough day". No. That's just how she conducts herself. Today I came in as this was "when I could" and it was well before a full 30 days of my sign up and still the same disinterest. When I advised I was cancelling she told me that to not be billed I would have had to cancel it yesterday...what? She stated that's when Planet Fitness bills customers. Hearing this I told her I wish "they" would have told me this when I signed up as I specifically stopped the process remembering that I might have free gym membership which I do but at another gym. I knew it was her but I was being cordial. She blatantly ignored me, pure silence then told me to sign and I'll be billed. Curious that she just disregarded my concern I asked her why and she told me "well I told you to come back as soon as you can" to which I replied "that was today". Ignored again. When I advised her she's ignoring me again she elevated her voice saying "I told you the tenth" which I told her she did not. I told her if I knew I had a deadline I would have came in. The tenth was yesterday. Ignored again. I eventually asked to speak with her boss bc I have to constantly remind you that you're ignoring me w no customers here and she pointed to a deck of cards. No apology, no acknowledgement of misunderstanding, no ownership, no accountability. I might as well not be in the building and she might as well not be working at a front desk. If this was just an interaction outside of a customer interaction "face of the company" scenario Id just do Bonquiqui's "Rude" response and move along but this is a company that provides service to customers. The unwelcome energy given immediately at sign up and even in my next interaction was unfortunate. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to an establishment where it's initially nerve wracking knowing I'm not in the best shape to be treated like trash. A throw away.

    Friendly staff, clean place, but the crowd meter is not accurate, the gym is small, but it has plenty of machines for cardio, I like it

    I’ve been coming to this location for a month now and their AC doesn’t work very well. It’s hot in the gym, hot in the locker room. Needs to be fixed. Not sure if this is across the board or not, but the crowd meter is wrong. It has 1 bar all the time and it is super packed. Not one treadmill was open the last time I went. Edit to add- we spoke with a lady at the front to ask about the AC and she said she thinks it was fixed because it’s been even hotter before than it is now. It’s hot and makes me want to leave, ruining my workout. There’s a fan in the locker room because that’s even hotter than the gym. The front area when you walk in, is cooler than the gym too. I liked this location because it’s on my way home from work. I’m a black card member- so I signed a 12 month contract- but there should be some kind of leeway here. Because if I knew that they can run a gym with AC issues- FOR MONTHS NOW- I’ve read multiple complaints in the reviews tonight. I wouldn’t have signed a contract for 12 months to not have AC- I can workout outside if that’s the case- why am I paying to walk/workout in the heat? I also learned if you are a black card member, you can only have 1 guest try the black card perks 1 time only. How is this a perk of paying almost $30 a month?- yes they can come in the gym with you, but only try a massage one time. That is NOT said when you sign up. Just saying.
